COVID-19 Impact Statement: In Response to COVID-19, Bleu Wildfleur Candles is continuing operations using strict standards to produce clean, quality products while adhering to CDC guidelines to protect ourselves while serving our customers. We are working from home. We clean any items that are delivered to us or that we bring in.
You can continue ordering our premium Soy Candle and Gift products from our site due Covid-19 there are little to no processing or shipping delays. If We are seeing a slight delay, you will be informed.

In-Stock merchandise will usually ship within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order (business days are considered Monday-Friday). Our lead times may vary depending on the season or approaching a holiday or sale.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns at this time. If you receive your order damaged or defected, please contact customer service within 3 days of the order delivery receipt. If your items seem to be defective, contact us within 3 days of order delivery!

Our highly scented candles are homemade and hand-poured in individual batches, ensuring a quality product every time – no mass-produced products here! We use only premium fragrance oils that smell true to life – no fake chemical smell with our products. All of our candles are made using natural soy wax, natural cotton wicks, with an everlasting aroma.
Our Candle and wax melts are perfect for bedrooms, offices, living rooms and larger spaces. These candles make great favors for birthdays, weddings, bridal & baby showers or other parties.
Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Candles are hand poured at the time of your order. Candles take 7-10 business days to be made.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: UPS.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total cost of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. You must fill in the zip code and click View to see the shipping options. We ship in the USA. Some products might have extra shipping charges due to the weight and size of the box to ship.
Some items have an extra shipping charge added due to the weight of the item for shipping, excluded from free shipping.
How To Return An Item
We do not offer refunds or accept returns. If you receive your order damaged or seems defective, please contact customer service within 3 days of the order delivery receipt.

If the product is damaged, Bleu Wildfleur provides UPS Insurance! To replace a damaged product, we will need a photo of the Shipping Box it was delivered in, showing the address label, photos Showing Damage to the shipping box if the box is damaged. We also need a photo of the damaged product or products to Issue a replacement Product.
Damage Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery. No Exceptions! Please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you contact us stating that you did not receive your order and the tracking shows it was delivered to the shipping address listed on the order, you will need to contact your local UPS office to find your missing mail that shows as being delivered. Please email us with any questions, email@example.com
Summer Heat & Winter Shipping
Here at Bleu Wildfleur, we do everything we can to ensure that your wax products arrive at you perfectly in the hot summer months. However, UPS will not reimburse for melted candles or wax melts with that in mind, please understand that Bleu Wildfleur will not be held liable for melted products. Please know that we do everything we can to wrap and package your goodies to withstand the warmer temps. If it is cold, let items warm-up before using them.
It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time.
Restocking Fee & Exchanges
No Exchanges offered at this time and returns are not accepted!
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase, there will be a 20% Processing Fee to Cancel the Placed Order. We will not refund the shipping cost. We can not cancel shipped items. You must email us in order to cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase and you must get a reply from us to confirm that the order was canceled. Bleu Wildfluer is owned and managed by Oakland Native Ája Beckford, a wife, mother and a longtime entrepreneur. The Company is named Bleu Wildfluer because that is what her mother referred her to with Blue is both their favorite color and they both love wildflowers. While trying to cope with anxiety Ája started Bleu Wildfluer in her kitchen during the Covid-19 pandemic. She began getting heavy into essential oils and aromatherapy candles and decided to create her candle company.
